Oh, wow---I've never run across this one before, and I've collected such images and ads since I chose funeral service as a vocation years ago!! In the past year or so, I've sort of stumbled into a volunteer specialty of sorts, advising transgender individuals about the legal considerations (and often necessity) of pre-planning funeral services; now I'm tempted to try for a humorous take on this ad, with gender pronouns as the issue, to run in the local alternative press ;)
